We are pleased to inform you that our Micro-D(J30J) Connector Manufacturing Factory will observe the combined holidays of Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in accordance with China's statutory regulations . Below is our official holiday arrangement to help you plan your business cooperation effectively:

Holiday Schedule

• Holiday Period: October 1st, 2025 to October 8th, 2025 (8 consecutive days)

• Resumption of Work: October 9th, 2025 (Thursday)

• Normal Operations: All production lines, warehouse logistics, and order processing will resume full operations on the resumption date.

Business Arrangements During Holiday

1. Production & Shipment: Production will be temporarily suspended during the holiday. All J30J connector orders received after September 25th, 2025, will be scheduled for production and delivery in sequence upon our return .

2. Inquiry & Support: Our sales and technical support team will be available for emergency consultations via email (info@bswave.com) and designated phone lines. Please note that response time may be slightly delayed, and we will prioritize handling all requests promptly on October 9th.

3. Order Tracking: For existing orders, you may check the latest status through our official customer portal. Any urgent shipment adjustments must be confirmed before September 28th.
